Two ways. Every new customer gets 15% off their first service, whatever the service is. And when an existing customer refers a friend, neighbor or business that books with us, the referrer gets 15% off their next service too. Just mention it when you book.

It depends on the size of the space, its condition, and the type of clean — a basic clean on a well-kept two-bedroom and a post-construction clean on a 3,000-square-foot new build are priced very differently. Tell us about the space and we'll give you a clear number, free, before anything is booked. There's no charge for the estimate and no obligation.

Yes. Roughly half of what we do is commercial: office cleaning on nightly and weekly schedules, and commercial cleaning for storefronts, clinics, restaurants, salons, gyms and light industrial space. We work after hours so nothing gets in the way of your business, and you get a written scope so every visit covers the same ground.

Basic cleaning is the essentials — kitchen surfaces, bathrooms, floors, trash and a quick dusting — at a lower price point. General cleaning is the complete standard clean: every room dusted and wiped, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, mirrors, floors. Deep cleaning adds everything a standard clean works around — baseboards, door frames, ceiling fans, light fixtures, inside the microwave, the range hood, soap scum and hard-water buildup, window sills and tracks. If it's been a while since the space had professional attention, start with a deep clean.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and Saturday 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. We're closed Sundays. Commercial and office cleaning is often scheduled outside those hours — after your business closes — and that's fine; ask when you book.

Yes. We arrive with everything — vacuum, mop, cloths, and cleaning products. If you'd prefer we use a specific product in your home or business, or you have allergies or a pet we should know about, just tell us and we'll work with it.

Alamo Bot Cleaners is owned and run by Georgina Arriola, and the person you talk to when you book is the person responsible for the work in your space. We're a registered Texas business, and you always have a direct line to the owner if anything needs adjusting.

No. Many of our recurring customers give us a key, a garage or gate code, or a lockbox, and business customers usually give us after-hours access. Others prefer to be there, and that's fine too. Whatever you're comfortable with.

Everything an empty home needs to pass a walkthrough: inside all cabinets and drawers, inside the oven and fridge, closets, bathrooms scrubbed and sanitized, walls spot-cleaned, baseboards and trim wiped, fixtures and vents dusted, and floors vacuumed and mopped last. We work best once the furniture is out, and we schedule around your handover or inspection date — including PCS moves around Randolph and Fort Sam Houston.

Either. Plenty of customers book a single general or deep clean before guests, after a renovation, or for a move. Many then move to a weekly, bi-weekly or monthly schedule because it's easier than letting it build back up — but there's no contract and no obligation, and you can pause or change a recurring schedule anytime.
